Services Offered

Next Step Performance provides athletic training, strength and conditioning, speed development, skill-based coaching, and related fitness services both online and in person.

Eligibility

All participants must be at least 18 years old, or have parent/guardian consent if under 18. By using our services, you confirm you are legally able to agree to these terms.

Health Disclaimer

You should consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. By participating, you acknowledge that you are physically fit and able to safely participate in training sessions. Next Step Performance is not responsible for any injuries that may occur.

Cancellations & Refunds

We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Sessions canceled within 24 hours may be forfeited. Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5.

Payment

Payment is due in advance through approved methods on our website. We use secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) and do not store payment information.

6.

Liability Waiver

By participating in our training sessions, you voluntarily assume all risk related to physical activity. You release Next Step Performance LLC and its coaches from liability for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred.

All materials, content, and branding on our website are the property of Next Step Performance LLC. Please do not copy, reuse, or distribute without permission.

We respect your privacy and will never sell or share your personal information. Any information you provide is used solely to deliver services and communicate with you.
