Q: What types of training do you offer?

We specialize in athletic performance training including speed development, strength and conditioning, and skill-specific drills for athletes of all levels.

Q: Do you only train athletes?

While our programs are athlete-focused, we welcome anyone looking to improve their fitness, strength, and performance — whether you’re on the field or just starting your fitness journey.

Q: Where do training sessions take place?

We currently train in the Columbus, GA area. Sessions may be held at local fields, gyms, schools, or agreed-upon training locations. More info is shared upon booking.

Q: What age groups do you train?

We train all ages — from youth athletes just starting out to high school, college, and adult clients. Programs are always tailored to meet the needs and skill levels of each athlete.

Q: How do I schedule a session?

You can book directly through our website under the “Schedule” or “Booking” pages. You’ll receive confirmation and next steps via email.

Q: Do I need equipment to train?

No personal equipment is required. We’ll provide any necessary gear. Just bring water, wear athletic clothes, and be ready to work.

Q: What’s your cancellation or refund policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Missed sessions without notice may result in a fee. Refunds are not guaranteed for no-shows.
